A poet is killed deals with the life of Mohammad Mokhtari. He was a very well known Iranian poet who was killed in the chain murders of Iran in mid 1990's. His body was found in the street in Tehran with a pen in his pocket after he was strangled to death. The feature documentary is directed by Arsalan Baraheni.
